    Nice, now that's a Win, Win situation. Everybody walks away with what they want and need. You get the wood and they get the tress gone. I guess people forgot how that works. Good for you and the folks clearing the lot. Oh and no money, haggling or trying to get over on the other person.

    yes ,very close, all the homes around here are being sold to builders ,knocked down and they build giant houses (those sites are where i get my kindling and pallets ) when they do this they cut down everything ,there are penalties for removing certain trees but the fines are very minor compared to the overall project ,these houses sell in the millions so the tree fines are nothing ,it is a shame, people want big houses because they dont go outside anymore . i will be up there in nh with you before long mtn. man
