    We can't take anything standing dead or alive its for the bugs and woodpeckers , a habitat tree as you call it .

    Interesting. I didnt know that about your area. We are allowed in the east kootenays but it has to be under 2 feet in diameter, dead and not showing signs of cavities or nests. We also arent allowed to cut within 150 feet of a stream or other water way. I like your pictures, especially how it shows the low lying clouds.

    That's sweet Campinspector. The permits used to be free in MI but now they charge and the price has went up a couple time since they started charging. Have to feed the kitty I guess.
