One day the teacher asked what my favorite animal was, and I said, "Fried Chicken". She said I wasn't funny, but she couldn't have been right, because everyone else laughed but I was sent to the principal's office and he told me not to do it again.. Yet my parents had told me to always tell the truth. I did. Fried chicken is my favorite animal. The next day the teacher asked me again to which I responded the same way, my favorite animal is fried chicken.. She sent me back to the principal's office. The principal laughed and told me not to do it again .. But this time I told my dad what happened. He laughed but said my teacher was probably a member of PETA. He said they love animals very much. I do, too. Especially chicken. The third day in class my teacher asked me what my favorite LIVE animal was. I told her it was chicken. She asked me why, so I told her it was because you could make them into fried chicken. Everyone else laughed again but she sent me back to the principal's office. He laughed, and told me not to do it again. I don't understand. My parents always taught me to be honest, but my teacher doesn't like it when I am. Today, my teacher asked me which famous Person I admired most. I told her, "Colonel Sanders." ----- Guess where I am now !
I haven't seen that for a while. And now I must watch the movie again. And I shall chuckle, chuckle, and laugh out loud at times. Just like I did with that clip. Good stuff! Now, substitute chicken for shrimp, it's all pretty much a tasty dish. Good call Rotti !
Every year our sportsmen's club had a fund raising wild game dinner. Out of the wide selection of game meat available, one of the first things we would run out of is the "terra porkus".............yup, groundhog. Don't knock it till you try it.....................
