Nope can't haul much wood with a bike but ,I have done it ,filled the saddle bags and strapped some on back rack, for the camp fire, a couple other times strapped on a saw to go cut ,when I wasn't bringing any wood back.
Now that you breathern bring it up I will tell a story or two! I haven't hauled any wood, but I have broken down two cases and put them in the saddle bags a couple of times. Women and children tend to give you stink eye on that, not that I give a shingle chit. Where is that beard thread.....
That's what I'm talkin about something is wrong here I am trying to quote Dave but the quote is not showing up after I hit the post button
No, but it is preemptive cutting. Our backyard is all ash, except a couple elm, so we wanted to start taking a few out and plant some other species, so when EAB comes we wont be so bare. We also can move the fence that has seen better days
Last 4th of July, standing on the side of the Seward Highway near Girdwood waiting EIGHT HOURS for the state troopers to investigate and clear a bad wreck with fatalities Sorry, there just aren't very many pictures of me I am allergic to cameras
That's very kind of you to say Now that I'm retired we are talking about replacing our motor home and doing some traveling in the lower 48 Wouldn't hurt my feelings to drag a saw or two along and meet some of the good folks on this forum and even the good ones left on that other forum
Come on down here. I provide the truck, trailer saw gas and wood, even another saw if you want. We can have fun bucking up some firewood.
