    Decided that I was hungry for wings tonight.... It's a nice night and beer was available :D....Who can't resist wings besides..:whistle:... BWW quit running my favorite variety (jammin' Jalapeño).... So I quit going as much. I've got a decent sauce that I like better than there's anyways.

    Haven't done wings on my gmg yet. Tips? Love chicken legs but I love wing night at the local bar so would like to figure it out myself.

    Easy... Peasy... 45 - 60 minutes on the smoker and a few beers to take up the time. Now for the sauce I use a stick of butter and 1/2 of each bottle of two varieties of wing sauce (I prefer Baby Rays and Frankies Red Hot or Lousiana Wing Sauce, then add garlic, onion, and Honey)
