    Hi gang,
Well I'm thinning the herd on the stoves I have and have finally determined the stoves I'm keeping!
These two stoves are in physically fine condition and Grandma needs a clean up and paint!
The Baby can be used as is and would be a "SUPER" work shop stove! It's an early 80's and Grandma is Pre-79.
I cannot ship, but if your close or want to take a trip I'll give you a "FHC deal on both" or $300 for the Baby and $400 for Grandma. You are all aware these are not made any more and getting very valuable to Fisher collectors. I'm not putting them out on the web yet till I let folks here look and have first dibs!
If interested, shoot me a PM!
    Dave. :)

The Baby is in real super shape to. Other than sitting, it didn't get very much use.

What we need here is a forum for guys making road trips; to and from. Maybe fellow hoarders would be willing to haul stuff for each other if they're making the trip anyway...?

Oh man!! I'd love to have that Baby installed upstairs where my fireplace is now. . . But with 3 other heating machines? It's not needed..

Maybe for my garage?? Maybe for my barn?? Maybe.... Maybe I need to quit dreaming. LoL

Good luck with the sale Dave!

Yea, the Baby bear is a sweetie! I have a pre-79 I'm keeping with the square door. The price was right and I didn't want it to go to someone who wouldn't appreciate it. I've already got a couple bites here so we'll see how that goes. I'm not gonna advertise it out in the world yet. I figure some here will find some love for it! ;)

Shipping? I think prell 73 might have advice, Chopy added to one of my posts, and fastenal gave me a great price on a heavy winch. There is one other member here that escapes my mind that deals in transportation.

WW, It weighs in about 250+lbs for the Baby bear. Grandma is about 425 lbs There may be a person on here that's considering it. Ironically, Sadly it would cost more to ship these than what their worth unless you were doing it in bulk/mass quantity.

Worth is in the eye of the beholder. I am currently looking for an 1898 book with a biography about my ancestor, and willing to pay for it.....

Also, did the intersted member get ahold of the main gal at Fastenal? I think she was in Co or TX but ran all of it. The store quote from ME went from $600 to less than $200 for the "not in a hurry" rate, and it weighed almost 200lbs.

I had my Enerzone shipped from Canada for about $300.. As WW stated, the value is in the eyes of the buyer! For your price, I'd love to have that Baby sitting here for about $500.

That's a gem of a stove! If the buyer is willing to pay lift gate freight? Then let then do so. :)
