I'll raise you by adding 1 Jack Russell Terrier, 1 Portuguese Padango, 2 Blue Heeler's, 2 Anatolian Shepard's, and 2 very mixed mutt's.
That isn't possible right now. The one mixed mutt is a new foster and he is in quarantine until he gets a clean bill of health from the vet. He went in Tuesday and we expect the results early next week. I'll try get pics of the rest of them later on today.
OK. Here is the new foster. The previous owner just up and a left a farm she was renting (with several months of back rent owed) and left all her animals behind. There were 2 horses, several cats, a pot belly pig, 40 chickens and this dog. We don't even know his name. We've been calling him Forrest but he isn't responding yet. Here we have, from left to right; Sampson, one of the Anatolian Shepard's; Skip the JR Terrier, Bella the other Shepard. On the floor is Roxanne one of the Blue Heeler's. Above her is Mush a Heinz 57 and hiding behind him is Addison, the Portuguese Padango. There is one Blue Heeler missing. She goes to work with my step-son and won't be home till 11:00 or so. Here are better pics of the shepards. Bella Roxanne (on the left) and Sampson taking a nap. And a better pic of Mush.
great bunch of furry buddies! Hope "Forrest" finds his place in the pack Those pups would win the "Nomination for best avatar pic" if they all were wearing Fastenal or Husqvarna hats!
He'll get to meet all the others before too long but we want to make sure he's healthy and get him into a new home as quick as we can. We like to have our fosters in new homes within about a month so they don't have to go through the separation thing again. He's about 4 years old and as friendly as can be. He will make a great companion for someone.
Kudos to you Joe, thanks for taking them on, that's quite the menagerie. Forrest looks to be at least part Anatolian? Love the pic of the dogs on the couch and the Jack is on top looking out the window, seems familiar.
late to the party but thanks! My name is Custer, Cus for short most of the time, and love me some square body chevys
Mine, can't get much closer to a more dangerous animal. Heading back down next week, maybe i could set it on fire............
