    WFSB just did a brief blurb about this on the nightly news. It essentially recapped the story from the RI news, indicating the AG is filing suit to collect money for the folks that paid for product and never recieved it.

    I know of a case from 2003 that still hasn't ended to my knowledge. I stopped following it when it hit the pink sheets and federal bankruptcy folks were playing games.
