Ah, then I have a treat for you next time you're out this way.
30-45 min. West of Denver off I-70, Idaho Springs. Little hole-in-the-wall eatery- "Azteca" on Miner St. You will not be disappointed. at all. ever... like, never.

I will forget about your recommendation, so please, if you ever hear of me heading out that way, remind me!
My destinations have moved to the western slope now a days.

I think I remember seeing a kid that fits that description in Black Bart's Hideout! Was it you?

We have one loaded in the chamber too Stinny. Momma woke me up at 3 am and said "it's time". Expecting our 3rd son to arrive today.

Back from the dead for a few hours. :picard:

Weird, sometimes I miss FHC like crazy and other times I don't even think of it.

Life still throwing curveballs my way; still have a dad in the nursing home and things with him are sowing going downhill. In 6 mos he went from walking through the front door to using a walker and wheelchair on the regular. The Dementia is starting to get a good grip on him, he repeats the same things everyday but has no idea what day it is or what town he lives in.

My 9 yr old boxer starting having seizures last fall and my wife and I are giving her condition a lot of attention in hopes the treatment gives us more time with her. I love this dog so much.

Been renovating my first floor bathroom since last Novemeber, ,nearly done now. Last thing I need to do is build a barn door for the exterior track outside the bathroom opening. Not sure why I tackled this project along with everything else going on.

    How is everyone?

Lost power during the night for about an hour or so. Hand bailed the sump pump crock for that time, re-fired the basement stove, and mentioned to 99 lbs "We really need a larger stove down here in the event of something like this happening again..."! (I know, I'm shameful!)

Then tried to get back to sleep which didn't work so well.

Then, had to babysit all day for a 1 and 4 years old...pretty much strangers to us....which didn't work so well either. At least not the first 1/2 hour for the 1 year old anyway.
