    I like to through a ham into the crockpot over cabbage and carrots, not for Easter though. I prefer the more traditional ham for Easter.

    I like my ham straight up while cooking. Maybe add a cup or so of water to the pan and put a lid on tight so you can save the drippings for ham stock later. I do like to eat the ham with baked pineapple. :yes:

    there is always left over ham. which means ham, green beans and potatoes next week. Or ham and scalloped potatoes...even ham and eggs for a breakfast or two. Don't want any flavor adders in the ham for any of the leftover recipes
