Guys, I just officially released my gun club's website to the public despite a few pages still needing information that I don't have. I would appreciate your feedback. Kossuth Rifle & Pistol Club
I really like it Grizzly Adam You brought the same level of detail and accuracy to the new site that you maintain this fantastic site with, so I say congrats! The gun club and FHC can both be proud and thankful for your efforts, skill and dedication
Fantastic, I easily found the calendar, WWW's previous gun club was event by event email only, very hard to sift through emails. WTG Adam!
Site looks great. On the "Facilities" header- shooting range, just change "steal" to "steel core" on the prohibited ammo. Small typo, nothing major. Well done. JB edit- This just a pistol/ small bore club? I was looking for rifle/trap/skeet and didn't see anything.
I am glad you guys are liking what you see and arent finding any glaring issues. Heck, even one of the board members wants to hire me to build a site for his business.
Good work! My only suggestion is to put the permitted caliber list in order from smallest to largest. It's nicer than my clubs site
On your history page, I suggest adding a comma after dates. This is especially needed on the first paragraph, where "1940 15" all seems to blend together. Looks great on a Kindle (Android, sorta) using Chrome.
It's all good, but a Big plus for a pistol range would be this- Set up a tri-pod to the side and in front of the left or right shooting bay, your call. A camera that can do those 100/frames- sec. , or some such. A shooter with a ported barrel, so the flame/blast is recorded. Maybe multiple shooters- ported .45ACP and .357 ? It's funny, but seeing a handgun with a flame, not only coming out of the barrel but up, from the top of the slide, it can be really intriguing! It can be an "interest generator" for sure. Just a thought. JB
I think it really is, they need to update the info since they updated the backdrop. I'm operating on outdated information.
