    A Friend from facebook sent Me this link from youtube .



    What impressed Me was the Care they took with a third person to keep the bar straight . Seems like the Have done this before and knew what they were doing .

    I think it's around 45lbs as configured. But with the tip of the bar levering against you from 5' away, it feels more like 100.
