Good morning, a cool down has rolled in for the weekend, 20's to 40's with chance of rain/snow mix starting tonight.
Coffee is on and I get to work at the clinic down south.
You good people be safe out there.

I order cigars online (way too many, according to 99lbs) and the tracking system they have in place using UPS is accurate and up to date! I am very impressed with it and would think anyone company using UPS would have the same results.

    Guess not though.

Our school district usually has only one week Spring Break but this year Easter falls into the middle of it so they made it longer.

She's using the Postal Service, not UPS. The only time I tracked thru them they had something stuck in Kentucky for 10 days. I had to file a claim and tell them where it last showed at so they could start looking under furniture, still took another week, but it finally got to me (would not have been good if it had been fish)

I've had times that UPS has shown something stuck at a center; once they showed it stuck for 3 days in AZ - right until the second it hits my driveway. Fed Ex just flat out lies to me; it is never in transit and always says it was delivered - up to 3 days before actual delivery.

Just as it is getting light, I realize that the first sailboat of the season is anchored out in the bay. There will be a steady stream of boats after this. Looks cold and frosty out there with the little breeze off the water.

Don't know a thing about tropical fish! We ship crickets via UPS and the heat packs they use on them are usually only good for a day. If it is too cold we will hold off on shipping. On fresh water fish the cooler the better as colder water absorbs more O2 then warmer water and the fish use less at colder temps.

Good news, storm came in faster and moved out faster than expected, less than a foot of snow, so WWW made it to work. And, the fish showed up. Now the tracking screen says "not updated since midnight" :picard: He says most of them are moving. I hope he does not warm them up too fast.

Bizzaro world here this morning. Turn on computer to track fish, no signal. Go to laundry room window to knock snow/ice off the dish, window is frozen shut. Look for phone to call WWW for suggestions, phone MIA. :wacky:
