Two Downed Cherry

    After I grab the Sugar Maple, I'll get the Cherry that's down on the ground first, if I have time the second Cherry will come off the hill. 100_9939-001.JPG

    Yep get it before it rots. Looks like some more good wood. Maybe a little easier to get these two after your done with the sugar maple.

    I grabbed part of Cherry #2 a couple of years ago along with a Sugar Maple, two tears later I'm doing the same.

    Well Seasoned , those two Cherry should take care of any empty Cherry stacks I have, once I get the stacks filled it will be boating season.

    Sweet. I love cherry. Actually, the best smelling wood that I like is walnut.

    A lot like cherry but with an awesome scent that seems to linger. It burns hot.

    Nice, we've burned so much Cherry that I can't smell the difference between Cherry or Maple.

    We usually burn 8 f/c a year along with our better wood.
