I don't have enough husky xp oil to make my mix so I was going to add some stihl orange bottle. Is it OK to do?

Ooooh blended. It shouldn't cause any problems I wouldn't run it at 50:1

You will be fine. I run 32-1 it just a personal preference, but at 40-1 blended or not will be ok.

Blend, mix, cut, be happy! Both good oils, so no worries.

I've blended 2-cycle mix oils, 4-cycle engine oils, and pretty much anything else from combustibles to consumables with no problems.
