Back on the poplar today

Thanks I was hoping a picture of the flower would get posted.

 

For anyone that has a hard time with tree identification, this one's an easy one.

Quacking Aspen

 

You got me there Horkn didnt even notice... funny guy....

 

And to keep it confusing, in many places the quaking aspen kind of poplar is also called popple.

 

I had never heard of it called popple until I visited the net.

 

I personally like poplar. Got alot around here. I burn it during the day and my oak at night..
It seasons in months it's light and splits great for kindling. Like it!
