All but one were dog cought! Had clients from Chevron and Phillips get to stick their first pig also one of the kids turned twenty on Friday and he stuck the first one we got 12 this weekend!! Good time for all and some great dog work!!
Oh, now want to come to Texas. I should be able to be there by tomorrow evening. and, this makes me hungry for pulled pork
No pics of the dogs, all the dogs safe? We have 2 Johnson dogs. Wow, is there prey drive in that blood.
Hog hunting looks like a blast. Glad we don't have to do it around here yet...but probably will eventually.
It won't be too long unfortunately . They have been spotted in Hoosier National Forest as far North as Seymour. I agree, I bet it's fun as all get out!
We are allowed to blast them with whatever weapon you want. This includes full auto and night vison if you have the tax stamp. Must have landowner permission is the only rule. No season, no limit, no nothin'. The DNR wants you to report the kill and the # seen so they can track the population. Those are the only laws regarding hogs in Indiana currently.
I guarantee it is. We run dogs on 'yotes here and it's pure adrenalin ! To think the whole time yur on the chase that bacon is heading for the pan instead of a stinkin 'yote would be delightful !!!!
I know I'm sorry about the dog pics. The problem dog action pics are not something that I post on the internet. Now I have some pics of my dogs standing and riding in the trailer and in the back of the four wheeler. But as far as dog work come down for a visit and we can go play.
I might hold you to that.... happy dog pics are fine though..... don't need to working, I understand that stime of people that don't agree with it. Our Johnson dogs are line bred with ALOT of RR500.... if your into Johnson dogs you understand that...
Apparently the wild boar numbers are slowly creeping up here in various locations. How are they for table fare?
