30 NC splits

    In anticipation of installing my 30 this spring, what length of splits seems to work well? I currently cut about 20 inches long for my Allnighter, is that good for the 30?

    I would go shorter splits in the future.

    I found I like 18 for NS and 16 for EW

    Right where I want to be.
    Firebox, back to the front, is about 22", but 20" to the doghouse air intake tube.
    I try to keep splits about 18" to allow for some air flow when loading N/S (the only way I run it).

    Thanks, it looks like I will shoot for a mix of 16 - 18. I have a lot of that too!
