Plenty of caution - and if it feels off, or not right, don't do it! Words I live by with my bike and has served me well. Be safe out there!

Nice mild morning...just hovering around upper 20's--30-ish! That is after the overnight lows.
Took advantage of this opportunity and after walking in to the cottage, (whew!) shoveled the roof.
Still taking it easier than I would normally at this time of year due to the recovery form crud process.

    Prime rib tomorrow!!

26 hours and counting, we are the last neighborhood with no power in town. No crews in sight. :headbang:

Out for a walk tonight. The Oswegatchie is flowing very well thewoodlands !

image.jpeg The precipitation and warm weather is sending the melt down here. I also just found out that if you say Oswegatchie into the microphone it may spell it out as azzhole gatchie!

Yeah it is. There's a lake up north that is by my cottage. It's lake Nokomis. My mom was trying to say that a friends snowmobile broke down on lake Nokomis, but her phone thought she was trying to type Namibia. She didn't correct it.

I don't think there's any snow in Namibia, definitely not enough for sledding.

I had bought a coyote call so today was the first day I went back in to use it, I couldn't call them in, I'll give it another try tomorrow.

I did get down to my neighbors to split some wood for him so he should be set until the end of the third week of February.

The coyote was on our neighbor's property this morning, he was behind a small ridge, hopefully tomorrow morning being up an hour earlier will help.

I hope he comes down the hill on our property tomorrow.

Got the snow off the garage roof this morning and then cleared the driveway. I also had to replace the fuel shut-off on the deere blower as it had been leaking a bit.
During the ground work with the blower, a short lived squall blew in and for about 10 minutes (if that) it came down hot and heavy! Ended up with an inch in just that short time.
Starting this evening, we are supposed to get 7"-8" but by the looks of that squall, I thought for sure it was starting early!

Hard to go wrong with wings. I'm having Asian sweet heat wings for the game. And guac, and queso with chips and bloody Mary's... And beer.

The game better be good or I'll fall asleep from a food/bad game coma.

Oh yeah. The commercials, this is like the only time we don't mute commercials on shows.

I can't stand it, about to upgrade to 10 at work. Scared.... no. But it may suffer the fate of Stinny laptop from frustration.
