My memory sucks, but I do remember that I had only 1 chainsaw until August of 2012. Now I have more than one.

Looked it up for a concise definition for ya....

So in other words, if you can "see" the clutch, it's an outboard set up. If the rim sprocket is visible to you, inboard.
    Hope I got that right.

Ok, the guilt of overindulging my tool fetish with 4 chain saws got me thinking.

How many of you that have only one saw have one computer? And a tablet counts as a computer.

I have three! One for the internet (this one), one as a backup, and one for my embroidery designs for my embroidery machine (some created by me, and some factory) I have another but is not in working condition since I have cannibalized it for parts for my other computers.

    I can't even say only 1 computer.

I have 2 Win7 laptops; one for everyday use and a backup in case something goes wrong with my main one. Also have an XP laptop that I use to store all my music stuff. It doesn't go online.

Why not a package deal then I'll trade you a 372xp for one and you'll have Husky heaven? :dex:Actually the 371xp I have is Dex clean, and it already has the side tensioner so it's basically a 1 ring 372xp.

I have a laptop, desktop, Kindle Fire and Samsung smart phone. That does not count my old desktop that I won't get rid of because it has AutoCad14 and Access 2003 which I don't have on any other computers and ain't paying the money because I may use those programs (haven't yet in at least 3 years). And there is my old 1998 work laptop that I can't get rid of because it has proprietary info on it (but work gave to me :loco: ).

Why is it when we cut a tree up, it is already down? And of course we cut a tree down before we cut it up.

For many moons I got along just fine with one saw only. In 2002 I bought my first Stihl when the McCollogh bit the dust. Before that was a Homelite. These saws served us well over the years and the Stihl 290 is still doing fine. However, my wife badgered me for years to get a really light saw because of my poor back. After injury after injury to my back I finally gave in 2 years ago and now own a little Stihl 180 which works great for limbing and cutting up small trees. It really amazes me how good that little saw is.

So for probably 50 years or more that I've owned saws, I've owned only one at a time.
