Cut a nice load of ash this morning, ground was froze when I got there but coming down off the hill got a little squirrely as the sun came out so it was greasy. Arm and neck has been feeling better so we shall see how I feel tomorrow. My wife wasn't keen on the idea but she has forgiven me

Yeah, my first of the year was last weekend, feels good doesn't it! Here, the ground is still tight but the temps and the sun today had me thinking hard about going down to just a tee shirt.

Drove by a pile of silver maple at a coworker's front yard that the power company whacked down.... Yeah-can't touch that.
I've got some silver maple that I have cut into rounds that I need get back to. The property it is on is up for sale so now that I'm feeling a bit better I need to get at it.
