I am not so sure about that. There hasn't been anyone buying pellets at the hd near me when I have been there. Usually there is always someone grabbing a couple of bags.

Did something similar when I worked for Garden Centers , we would take early delivery of peat moss , bagged mulch .... put down a small deposit , and balance wasn't due till June 1st . It was a win win they moved product to make more room for product and then when all hell broke loose , we had the product and they weren't scrambling to get deliveries out

My local Lowe's was loaded with PTL, AWF, Nation's Choice and Cheat's and GS......mostly PTL, AWF and Nation's Choice left....wtf is wrong with people

Local HD is still loaded with Chow's and GS....that store seems to not be moving too much product but the Lowe's is moving it....albeit slowly. There's roughly half or less left of what was there a few weeks back.

Mine too - in the morning, evening commute is longer. Course it's at least 45 minutes to a town of decent size in any direction from my place.

That's a great deal. Hard to pass up, and chows are great! So far the HD stores up here in southern NE have not put on any sales like that. Maybe soon?

My HD still has 50 ish tons, that $259 price tag won't be lasting long.
