Well since the storm is approaching and what not figured I would ask what others do in this situation. What setups does everyone have for when the power goes out and they try to move air around or from behind their stove? I know about the echo fan or what not but figured someone would have other setup or ideas.
We have 2 things that we can use -1- is a generator --- 2 - Walmart sells a battery operated fan we can use to push air to the stove room. We use it to camp with on warm days in the tent.
Forgot to say we don't use the fan on stove we blow air into the room with about a 6-7 inch fan setting on the floor. Ask Backwoods about this, that's where we got it from. It will jump some of our rooms up 7-10 degree and more over the fan blower
Car battery and a power inverter. Deep cycle battery is best, but in a pinch, any 12v car battery will do. Blower fans don't pull much juice, so battery lasts a long time.
