    So are you thru the shoulder season wood? I'm not still burning popular in January :bug: (all stacked on covered deck in front of each other) but used enough of 1 side I am into ash and sugar maple for over nites...

    ohh, I am thru 3 cord but my house is notoriously hard to heat.. 1600 square feet but half of that has ceilings 17 feet tall on one side. so cubic feet kills me.. but even if I use 6 cord this year that 40% of last year with more sleep!

    When compared to many of y'all's firewood.......................all my firewood can be considered shoulder season wood. I burn a lot of box elder and silver maple.

    Burnt 3 so far, starting to worry about the diminishing pile. There is plenty in the stacks, but only 2 cords in the woodshed. I think we will make it though.
