My mother's birthday was Sunday, the wife and I had her over tonight for dinner and it did not disappoint to say the least. My wife is an incredible cook. Made a roasted beet salad with walnuts and blue cheese. Followed by the main course of a boneless leg of lamb with spices and herbs. A roasted potato side. As if that wasn't enough wine poached pears and ice cream followed for dessert. Relaxing by the fire with some beverages enjoying the warmth on a cold night.
WoW, amazing dishes! Id be all over that, especially the pear dessert. Oh my goodness! Tell the Mrs- excellent job!
