Not need a chainsaw soon???? You never know. Are they at least easy access?

Is that a Shelby in the background? My brother in-law lives next town over from you and he has a Shelby. Heck, he even let me drive it once.

thanks Horkn, it is a cool car. just a toy for summer though. the owners manual actually recommends not driving the car in temps under 40 degrees. the tires won't warm up and will be slick!

Yeah, I owned a couple of fox body 5.0s. The last one I had to sell to be able to get my house in 08. I've been living vicariously through folks like you for a few years, but one of these days I'll get a 4 wheeled summer toy again. I went with a little more practical car, a 4.2 v8 40v AWD Audi allroad. Its a stealth mobile sleeper, but I want a rwd fun toy again.

I drive my 10 camaro ss all year and although it's not making the ponies your gt500 is getting the back tires up to temp happens on the road in front of the house pretty quick :D the front tires are a different story.

Mine has been tuned by jennety racing ( pretty sure I missed spelled his name) cold air intake, lowered on ride tech coilovers, and bmr sway bars and links with all poly urethane bushings. My new daily driver is a 14 ram 2500 diesel and I love it can't beat torque. My cousin had a cobalt ss turbo wicked little car.

It's yellow with black stripes over the hood and trunk. Everyone thinks it's bumblebee.

Yeah back tires get replaced twice as much as the fronts. I have been running general gmax ao3 and really like there all weather capabilities and great performance.

So is this about saws or cars?? Haha!

    Carving bar on that one?

They made a Cobalt SS??? Haha! Isnt that an economy box?

My play vehicle is my 1980 K10. Its in rough shape. Dont have the money to fix it up and probably wouldnt cause I wouldnt want to beat on it or haul wood or get mad every stick that brushed it.

clemsonfor , yeah the cobalt was an economic, but the SS version especially the later turbos ones were quick.

Not much to look at or drive, but quick. A lot like the srt neons.

After the initial craziness from the new focus rs dies down, I may decide to get one. It's still practical. Right? AWD 4 door hatch back. With drift mode stick only and 350+ hp. ;)

my shelby only has 5k miles on it. it has goodyear supercar tires that are sticky after they heat up , but not much till they do. i will post a better pic when i can. yea clemsonfor, they made a cobalt ss. great gas mileage, better handling than other economy cars, and a 2.0 with a supercharger. it is fun to drive to work and isn't expensive to maintain or insure. it also doesn't attract attention from ticket writers!now back to chainsaws, the small stihl has a carving bar, good eye. my wife has done some carving with it for fun. i will post a pic later. it had stopped running right because of a cracked fuel line. now it is fixed and ready to throw chips. PS your 4wd shortbox chevy is a cool truck. i had an '87 2wd ,454. 4 spd, dually, crew cab that hauled TONS of firewood. best truck i ever had. hey Horkn, my daughter just bought a '16 focus st. that car can get you in trouble fast. metallic charcoal 6 spd with recaros .not an rs, but still a handful! now back to your regularly scheduled programming.
