As expected, when one tries to set a date for any gathering, there can be conflicts with schedules. So, let's have a vote on who or how many want a particular date! I will not be voting in this one. It is up to the group.
I think I put it up there. Not a lot of info, but I posted a contact name....I'm not sure if he's on here, but I know he's on AS and SH for sure. I can try to find out more info if needed, as well.
I voted some other date. I'm interested in making a run over there, but I have a maintenance outage the whole month of april.
Dan, we're not done yet. We may throw out a couple other dates to consider. Can't make it too late though or the skeeters won't let us out the door! Also if in May we have black flies to contend with. Earlier and it could be pretty cold for the campers. Hard to decided which date. That is why I am hoping more will post like you have.
I work every other weekend, so you can plug that in to your equation-- but the weekend before memorial day is the last one i can make.
Dennis if you can find a date that works for Scotty and Grizzly Adam that is the one I would go with, otherwise you will go crazy trying to hit everybodys schedule that may change anyway. "If you have it they will come" Gary
Hey all, it appears the gtg will be on the 23rd. I'll no doubt make a new post somewhere near the end of March and note any possible changes or new information. I think we'll be putting up a large tent with walls just in case of rain or cold windy weather. But, it might be hot and sunny too!
