Service. At that point I was used car / new car prep shop forman. Drove used cars for evaluation and such. Still worked on cars every day. At the end I was a service advisor so wasn't really working on vehicles anymore. I dabbled with management and only sold service.

damm I dont even remember that one at all. We didnt see many non Troopers during the 2 years I worked in them. The occasional pickup and some Rodeos/Amigos and a few older cars, but at that time the Trooper was the big seller of the lineup.

That is Norm one of my cousins, best you not get him mad. Last season he gobbled up ten tourists taking the plant tour and became very sick, his hospital bill was outrageous.

Today is warsh day and pay the credit card bill day.

Took a vacation day to take one of my cats for his annual shots. Did the dump run, then decided to take a cruise across state and pick up some pellets.

This is the first time I've loaded up the Explorer and it took that 1160 pounds with just a bit of a squat. Yeah, had to adjust the rearview mirror up a bit to accommodate for the squat, but had plenty of space between tires and wheel wells, so not problem. Took it easy as the front was a bit light - I weigh little so partway back I stopped and put a couple of bags up front with me to help even it out a bit. Gave myself plenty of room between me and the cars ahead to accommodate longer braking time. Was still legal - GW is 5720 and VW is 4304 so I still could have legally put in another couple of bags :D

And, as you can see, I still had plenty of room in there. I still think of weights and cargo space in terms of the Patriot (950# max cargo - including me and 25 bags max - yeah, I did that), so this still amazes me. Hey, and I've already stashed that stuff behind lock and key, so no :vulture:.

If you do this often get some cargo panels? :DThe weight shift forward is a real pain in the back! Yes, I've seen the results too many times.:( It's the sudden deceleration thats a back breaker.:tears:

I had my old Blazer packed to the roof , HUGE interior in those older ones with with cases of paper (46lb each). Someone ran a stop sign. Over weight limit, back seat taken out, yep, one case on my head and another on the back of my neck. I think it was 1/2 deceleration, that old truck with clutch and stiff gas pedal, but only going 30mph, and 1/2 was the truck lunging forward from the sudden stop and being over loaded.:hair::hair: In the end, a pedestrian and bicycler stopeed to see if I was ok and I was, but I was super pizzed the large iced tea I had just bought was tipped over and melting on my floorboards!!
