    The opening story on national nightly news dubbed him the "Master of Reinvention"---Hard to imagine his first hit Major Tom (or whatever it was called) was 1969, Fame was 1975...he influenced 5 decades of music-I wasn't a nut for all his stuff but sure do recognize and appreciate his cutting edge contribution to the world of music...
