I'll be heading out for at least the morning tomorrow to see whats happening. Temp does not look to bad right now. Its slowly climbing steadily through the night towards a high of 47 tomorrow and the rain has stopped. Anyone else going out?

Couldn't tell you. I tried to check Ohio's license site but you have to actually start applying for one to see the final cost I guess? ODNR Hunting & Fishing Licenses, Harvest Reports, & Education

I have not even bought a resident license here in 30 years. I just hunt my own place as "landowner" for free. The $2400/year I pay in property taxes for my 25 acres covers my license!

Good luck to you too! I'm just looking for some more "Buckeye Veal", so I'll be passing on anything big! :D

I'll down a nice doe if the chance arises but I would really like to put something to my good friend so he has some meat in the freezer too.

Its put more meat on the table than any other of my guns I prefer to hunt with it over my rifle or shotgun but then it depends where Iam hunting and the area.

Back when I hunted there as a non res, A tag was $125 and good for all seasons and weapons. You got a buck and doe tags. Good value for a non res.

    Good luck Boog

Didn't see anything this morning, didn't even hear a shot anywhere in the distance! :( Maybe with that front moving in tomorrow we'll get some action over the next few days. :)

I paid $149 for an out of state license in Nov. Good luck to whom ever gets out there.

Non resident is $125, really pretty cheap for a big buck state and its over the counter. Tags are $24 and are either sex. Both are good for all season/weapons.

I've honestly never weighed a deer but would guess a mature doe here average is #120-140 dressed. We get the occasional giant doe but most are fairly similar size. I've always wanted a scale but haven't purchased one
