Let's see.... Great seasoned firewood, hot fire going in a fantastic workshop and a keg of beer that needs attention... I'll bring a few splits over and an empty mug.... and admire your set up.
I'm with ya buddy, the stove is choochin'! Did a mod a couple years ago to allow me to cut the primary air more. Hardly ever have to cut it that far but tonight is one of those nights. Mostly Oak, ironwood and a stick of locust. Time for another brew while I baby sit and let her settle in.
Had the old grandma cruisin at 600° last night before bed. Woke up around 4:30 to a hot bed of coals and tossed in another mixed load of black gum, red, white oak in. Sitting around 500° right now. Oh and ive got the hastings set on 4 in the living room . Warm and toasty in this house
