I bought a new building... Out of city limits. If I can ever get all the upgrades done on it and get moved into it I would like to do a mini gtg for the semi local guys. I talk to and deal with way too many of you guys to not meet at some point

Hmmm. This was the first time I ever checked to see if I could use the 'Like' button more than once for a single post . . . can't do it . . . bummer. I might just write the word "Like" on a full pack of note cards and mail them to you!

No surprise that you haven't seen anything offensive from BS, as lots of stuff mysteriously vanishes from that site... especially pertaining to him. I've seen some of the most severe bullying of other members straight up disappear, along with entire threads. The last one to go 'poof' was somewhere around 90 pages. A whole thread! Gone!! WTF?!!

I used to mod a forum, nothing to do with wood, and I know from experience that truly bad threads are sometimes better gone than try to remove the objectionable posts. I would always start by just pruning but then reread and see what I had left for people to read. Often the content disappeared along with responses to the trash mouth comments because folks would answer the trash and then go on with the real content in the same post.

    Seems like a logical tactic.

Banning an entire group because one guy promotes himself as a "retail establishment production genius" seems....well...un American...
But then again, charging someone for producing "content" seems to be strange as well.

I say there loss. Love to see some build threads over here! Had an account on Another Site for a few years. Mostly just lurked because of all the purse swinging bs. It's too bad really because there is lots of good info over there, but put yer chit kickers on before you wade in.

I got banned, I spoke the truth and someone didnt like it.
I suppose the week of "punishment" is over for me, but I have yet to log in to find out.
I heard the banned guys got PM's from admin, but I aint the kind of guy that forgets things easily and would probably get steamed again if I read their administrative decree .................... so I am staying away for a while.

millermodsaws , I thoroughly enjoyed your build threads wherever you put them up, please keep them going here.
mdavlee , words dont describe how Freak runs, thank you for all you have done, you need to do build threads too.

I hope some guys start doing the machine work part in their builds, I have been enjoying playing with my lathe and look forward to learning more.

Bull.......... the only problem that they have is that they have a ton of epoxy glue to theirs heads, I can not understand what problem can make someone who modd saws for hobby or for living to a forum

From reading this thread it's occurred to me that "those" other sites perform a great service for this unique FHC site... they drive the good folks out and they end up here sooner or later. What a concept Scott and the guys have developed here...

OK, I don't read AS much, but I get the general drift of this thread. All I want to know is what the heck are snackies? Inquiring minds "just got to know" :loco:

I got them to load now, I had to "shrink them down to fit". Do you mean extremely large women like these? ;)

Are you kidding me, man, I didn't realize what I'm missing over there. You folks aren't quite cutting here with just thongs and mods in bathrobes. I'm heading over there for some real action. ;)
