time to give this thread a little bump...........here's a pic of a former hotel/motel that i'm still trying to remember what the name was, i think it was a ho-jo's, or least at one time, but most all ho-jo's had orange roof tops, i think the blue roof top hotel/motels were red carpet inn's?, still trying to find more info on this one that has since been demolished, it was located on the northwest corner of interstate 79 in western PA, just east of the small town of clarks mills..........
I think I know this one. There's only about a 50 mile stretch in Pa. where routes 11 and 15 run together. I believe this is along the Susquehanna River near Liverpool.
Gardiner Maine, This is A1 Diner located on a bridge in downtown. Still a very popular place. Another famous place is Moody's Diner in Waldoboro Me. on US 1.
This one is Red's Eats. A little shack in Wiscasset Maine. you can stand in line for an hour waiting to buy from this take out place. Famous for their Lobster rolls.
