Has anyone mentioned the cub cadet 3 stage blower? No longer use a blower as prefer to plow as I get to ride the ATV. besides the drive is uphill and 300 feet. But from what I see on TV the 3 stage cub cadet is powerful. A big one on tracks (if they have them) would be a serious snow mover. We get a ton of snow here with some years 200 inches is no unheard of.

They are a gimmick IMO. They hang an auger flight out front of the gearbox that spins at the same speed as the impeller. How they got that past the Safety Police, we'll never know. I don't see the advantage to that other than perhaps it packs the impeller better than a normal auger setup does. Which increases the HP requirement on the engine but with today's engines I don't see that as a problem. Still doesn't change the fact that it's an MTD and those front-end parts look awful delicate. :zip:

Just hit 600 for the first time this year. 600 should not feel like an overfire...but it does thanks to this warm weather

    The dog doesn't mind though

The bud light box is my cardboard kindling box. Itty bitty firebox and a 1 man household means lots of restarts unfortunately. 2 a day minimum. New Castle boxes don't fit the given space. :)

Had a great time in LaCrosse yesterday at my best friend's 50th birthday party. Because of work commitments I drove 10 hours yesterday to spend 2.5 hours with him and his family.

They are like a second family to me. Been there through some rough times so there wasn't even a second thought that I'd make the trip.

The party was a big surprise to him and someone even thought he may have had a leaky eye or two at times. :)

Was able to talk to both Erik B and Firewood Bandit on the phone and we planned to meet up in person next time I'm through town.

One thing we forgot to discuss fellas was our secret handshake. :)

With 4000+ sq ft of snow to move, snow blowers just don't work for me. I can move it and stack it if necessary, Snow Tractor 001.jpg Snow Tractor 002.jpg 2015-06-13 001 2015-06-13 001.jpg in half the time of any snowblower. Thankfully I have the space to do that.

    Then what's the big deal?

Did you really expect a bold-captioned phallic potato pic to pass that filter? Nothing on you Hoss, we love ya, the pic gave me a chuckle. It just doesn't belong here.
