Good times indeed. Safe driving to you and watch out for the people that won't consider others while they drive.

My weather sticker keeps saying light rain. Sometimes it is quite heavy rain instead. Temps hovering just above freezing.

We have discovered the world of FaceTime. Our granddaughter got a hold of the phone last night when we phoned to wish her a Happy Birthday. We were treated to a dizzy tour of the house including the upside down Christmas tree and many views of the ceiling. Really looking forward to Christmas morning with the grandkids.

Woodwidow, I am no expert with phone stuff. But keep in mind face time will eat up your data REAL fast. When you go over data plan your bill starts to go up. It's fun, but we only do it sometimes, with my oldest daughter in S.C. because of that.

When you are on WiFi, does it still use lots of data?

I don't think so. We have wifi at home as well. I think just when you are using service provider cell towers.

Makes sense. Because of our different schedules, Birthdays seem to be the only time we get to do it. Or if our daughter is trying to get the kids to sleep we might get a call. It sure is neat.

No. Plus, you can disable FaceTime when you are on Cellular data in your Settings.

We FaceTime/Skype all the time with the kids and Grammy. Even though they only live 20 mins away.

Skype is neat as well. Just don't get a tour of the house though unless they are using a laptop. As the kids get older, we will probably Skype more than FaceTime.

For some reason Hangouts works better for us than FaceTime.

Had a great Jeep ride this morning (love me some Jeep time) with the plow mounted. My last pickup had a 7'6" plow on it and the engine would always heat up because the blade blocks the radiator. The Jeep temp was just as cool as without the plow... and it's so light (plastic blade) you hardly know it's on. You could put that plow on the front of a Subaru wagon I think, it's so light... and the Sube would have plenty of push too.

I've been cutting wood for my sister and BIL. They have lots of standing dead elm.

I remember plowing with a rust bucket of a 78 CJ7, needless to say it never won any battles with refrozen banks kinda bounced off of them.

Those plastic blades were starting to show up in the late 90's looked like they would be good for personal driveway, but wondered if they had the weight to actually stay down?

I have a Meyers plow on my truck with a composite blade and it's been great, no rust also!
