I was 12 when we got our first tv. Married in 1962 and we went without tv for a long time then my wife bought one for a couple dollars. We paid $8 to get it fixed and it lasted many years. We then made up our minds we would not buy another tv until we could afford a color set. Saved for a long time and bought one for around $250 or so. But over the years, we watched very little tv, even when I was a kid. Just never got into it like most folks and even today we rarely watch it.
I always watched "Combat". And the rifleman on Sat. night. A great time to grow up, oh, and don't forget Fess Parker in Daniel Boone.
X 2 Always watched Black Sheep Squadron, but the one I watched was this one. Seems videos of this show have been taken down from the net........ Someone must want $$
