    Nah. Don't bother clogging up the prison system with them. Should handle it like NY does work zone speeding tickets. First one is gonna cost ya, second one is loss of license, end of story. LEO's shouldn't be exempt either. Get in an accident while using a mobile phone? (Regardless of prior record) Buh bye license.

    Give em back their license when they can prove they gave up the phone. Be interesting to see how that one plays out. :sherlock:

    Got all my maple I bucked yesterday split & stacked this morning.

    Took a nap halfway through Steelers-Bengals game - my new Sunday nap time...the NFL product has been pretty terrible this year, really starting to lose interest.

    Hydrating up for the Pats game tonight:drunk:

    My 11 year old made home made French Onion soup. Large cup going down with melted prov. cheese. Tasty. Then a little pepperoni on sesame toasteds.

    I'm not saying drunk tank for the night, but loss of license for a year.
    You're effectively committing the same crime - driving while impaired or distracted enough to not control the 3500lb missile down a road you share with law abiding citizens
