Not up and running yet. Got an E 2 again! Maybe the stove was so friggin cold it didn't get hot enough and still didn't tell the temp sensor it was hot enough. Sending it through another cycle now, hopefully it will get hot enough this time.

When it's that cold, you might just get that E2 for that reason. Just reset it (unplug) and hit the on button again. Stove being somewhat warm already should do it.

BTW, the port for the vacuum sensor in the firebox can be found by following the silicone hose from the vacuum sensor. I'm guess that it's on the right side (facing the stove). Small hole (1/8")....clean it out w a toothpick.

If this is getting filled w/ ash, that may cause the vacuum sensor to not close and auger won't turn. Also, a related symptom might be a lot of ash inside the exhaust just past the comb. blower....if it's insulating the inside of the pipe, the thermal sensor may not read enough temp.

That hole for the vac switch needs to stay cleaned. If it gets plugged with ash, it senses no vacuum and chits down.

Glad your up and running now Gas. That is one more item to put on the monthly cleaning. Only takes a minute. At the end of the year, disconnect the vac hose from the vac switch and blow through the hose to completely clean and clear the hose and port. (Never blow in the hose towards the vac switch, you can blow out the diaphram.
    ).
