Mmmm.... It took me about 10 years to find this one. And he really is good and I feel that I can trust.. But I'd rather just do my six month session that my insurance likes. ;)... Then get deeper tarter /plaque control on my gum lines during those visit. Which would require more out of the pocket expense. So far I've got/been blessed with my mom's genes of strong teeth. Just want to keep it that way, you only have them once. And if a better tooth brush gives that then that's what it takes... Heck if I could get a ported one..:saw: Or :dremel:. I might go for that....

I was always told that it was Arkansas that was famous for that invention ...:D

Chvy, I was under the impression you wanted irrigation for your gums? My choice of electric tooth brush is Braun/OralB. The Phillips Sonic Care did not fit the bill for me, and the replacement brushes were more expensive.

Now, I'm going to be painfully honest. Today, the 3rd of December, 2015 marks the first time I've been to a dentist's office in.................15 years.
    No joke. NO BS!
Yes I will get a DEEP cleaning next week. Barely a touch of periodontal issues. Deepest probe was 7mm(2 places) everything else was a 2-4mm. Minimal bone loss. No new cavities.
Hygienist and dentist were beside themselves. Couldn't believe it.
Guess even tho I have three fillings from when I was maybe 12-14 years old, growing up having a Grandmother work in a dentist office kept us on the regular, teeth-wise. Brush 2x a day, occasional mouthwash, floss when food gets 'twixt some tooths......
Not too much to worry about.
    Nice.

I had a ten year absence from dental care, gaps were up to 6mm, deep cleaning and my gums grew back up, bet yours will too!

:emb:....Sorry, no just to control the low hanging tarter and plaque at the gum line. I don't know, it sounds like a good proactive deal.:handshake:
