I would of loved to see your face expression when you seen it good for you..keep doing what your doing because the wood fairy likes you
That's a nice surprise right there. What kind of wood is that gift? Hope you find a way to encourage the fairy to continue doing the same.
Well now I have that to Buck and split, I also have a bunch of walnut and hackberry to split. I'm still in deer hunting mode so the wood work will have to wait.
Can I play, can I? My fairy (tooth) only used to give me a quarter! But for a five year old a half a century ago 25 cents was good money. I could buy 5 tonics. Sodas for the rest of you.
Almost got in trouble there! Tonics, at 5? That's startin' young- then you clarified! Nevah heard soda called tonic- that stuff goes in vodka or gin.... Learnt me sumin' new
Up here what you call soda is tonic, Coke , Pepsi, etc. But the younger kids call it soda more than they used to.
Looks like someone will have some trigger time later on... Nice little pile the wood fairy brought, maybe it will bring some more too...
Coke and Pepsi, etc. were all called pop when I was growing up. I thought soda was something made with ice cream.
looks good,i have a friend who is an arborist and leaves wood regularly ,i called him the wood fairy ,he insisted it be changed to the wood phantom
Still is called pop here. And yes, I used to love the sodas made with ice cream. We used to have a drug store in town that served them and they were delicious. Lemon flavor was my favorite.
Yup, I grew up calling it tonic, but it has transformed to soda over the years-I think I would get that blank look if calling it tonic now
