Salmon Patties

    Not sure why I love them so but you got to have fried potatoes , sweet peas and mac and cheese with them.

    We put finely chopped carrots , onion and celery in the salmon patty with an egg and some flower and milk.

    Ours looks like this with little specs of carrot, onion and celery.

    So do you smoke em and then fry em. Do you start with smoked salmon or raw salmon?

    Mom made salmon patties when I was a kid. Canned salmon.
    I'd gladly pay you Tuesday, for a salmon patty today.

    1 14-15 Oz Canned Salmon (Dont drain juice or take anything out)
    1/8 - 1/4 cup finely chopped Carrots
    1/8 - 1/4 cup finely chopped Celery
    1/8 - 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
    Salt and Pepper as much or little as you like
    4 TBS Flour
    4 TBS Milk
    1 Egg

    Take Heaping Table Spoon portions and Fry in oil in frying pan , over time you will learn how to make them crisp on the outside but soft on the inside ( but not too mushy).

    Dont forget to complete the meal with Fried Potatoes, Sweet Peas and Kraft Mac and Cheese.
    Something about all those with salmon patties that makes it really good.:stirpot:
