Ha! This might surprise you but I am not a big fan of traditional rmhs. It's funny how they are all starting to resemble vortex's, pekka's, and zerofossilfuel's old builds. What comes around goes around in the stove world.

I'm not into rmhs' either, with the bench and all... I wanted to go like Morticcio's- a tall, single housing, batch box... I've got everything (except a door) I need, just not the physicality to get it done right now.:pain::confused:

Outside, I would go with clay. I like the slow cook. Inside, I love the traditional fire. I like the crackle and stuff.

WWW's Christmas present arrived today. He fell in love with the recliners in the RV. So this is a budget one, just big enough for him to sit comfortable, but alot smaller (new home is smaller) and alot less $$ than a LazyBoy. Also, the PU "leather" should clean up nicely if (when) the dogs get mud on it and lil one spills.

He just walked over and saw me viewing that pic with dimensions on it and almost had a cardiac. No, honey, yours is dark brown, but the measurements are displayed on on the red one.
