Yeah Jay - knock it off already, be a Grown Up & act your age.. :p

gbreda - Thanks for posting the 'mutant emoticon', almost spilled my coffee when that appeared.

The new one looks like the impeller blades have more surface area, nice.

I think so - have to remove the impeller on the 25 PDVC here, set screw is completely rust-locked into the collar, this stove sat for years (uncleaned) before I received it.

Been sitting for a few days w/ PB Blaster, motor is good / Impeller is shot / was considering drilling as next step, guess I'm skipping that step and going straight to medieval .. Thanks for posting up pics & tips.

Today is cleaning up the workshop, tuning setting 5 (2.0 lb/hr) on the stove, off to town to purchase supplies & a new Shop Vac, and maybe doing some yard cleanup, depending on the temps. outside.

so it's our 5th winter here. it hasn't been long enough that the 'charm" of having a real winter has entirely worn off.

but i am no longer in a hurry for it to get here. i have grown more resistant to the bugs. (i was top percentile sensitive to them at first) and that makes summer more enjoyable. well, that and ben's 99% DEET
plus i got a canoe again, and have been back on my bike (bicycle) all this summer, so the season has regained some value for me.

i think though after 40 years of grey slush the day after snowfall (western oregon) i will always like piles of real white snow more.

on the other hand, ic* can go **** itself.

Hey, they had blizzard warnings up in Colorado yesterday into today.

That's good news right JT at least some kids will know what snow is :pete:.

It never bothered me until about 2-3 years ago. Now its a 4 letter word.

Now if I hit Powerball and can sit at home while watching it fall and then clean it at my leisure-that might be a different story.
Then again, I would probably be on a warm island instead :D

I might be the wrong person to ask, I'm having my own issues. I still can't say the word sn****, Yep still can't say it! s**w will have to do!! White chit works too! :p

I bet we both start saying 4 letter words when it finally comes. Don't really want any, But its inevitable!!

You have that right. Ice is a four letter word disguised as a three latter word. The only ice I care about is that which falls out of the refrigerator ice maker into my glass. I already have my cleats, my sand, and my pet friendly ice melt. I'll need to find a new ice grip attachment for my cane.

Picked this up the other day to store loose pellets in near the stove so my Honey can put some in if need be when I'm not around.

I hope you don't have cats! They will use pellets to poo in. Also, I can't leave them open around my dog. She is apt to eat them.
