Got half of my spring cleaning done. The venting for the furnace is cleaned. One of these nights when I get home from work I'll do the furnace cleaning, then hit it with the leaf blower.

Based in the forecast, it'll probably be at least another week before I roast my first pellet.

It could stay like this until April and I'd be a happy man. Somehow I don't think that will happen.

Rode the bike to the Capitol City to put it in storage for the winter :(. Started out in 34* and wasn't much (if any) warmer when I got there before they opened at 10.

My get up for riding when it is above 30* - otherwise I wear a helmet to keep the face and ears warm.

One of the ladies from my LOH group picked me up and we went to an intro kick boxing class. No kicking, but lots of boxing and then ab work afterwards. Had fun but the young man was sadly mistaken when he declared that he could tell I was "an athlete".
    Ha, nope.
"You're at least a runner right?".
Double nope, just do all my own mowing, sn*wbowing, landscaping, demolition work on the house etc.

Got home and started a cabbage, hot sausage, cranberry, carrot, onion stew in the crockpot. I have no idea how it will turn out. Hope it is edible because it is lunch for the week :D

Nope, not a fight fan. Just one of the few chances I get to socialize and/or get out of the house and be around other people. The class was free (had to buy the hand wraps - $5, so cheap). Also a chance to get some exercise since the lawn isn't growing, the leaves have been mowed, and no sn*w to get out of the way. Also pretty much done with demo'ing my house. And putting it together again is for other people, 'cause I'm not so good at that :emb:

I love it when some jackazz passes way to fast for the conditions for no good reason other than they think they can and ends up in a snow bank-no injuries, just stuck all by themselves

We have a butcher shop that gets Haddock in once a week. He is sold out within 2 days. He gets it locally from some fish co op. The chowda and pop overs were yum.

2 Years ago I was in Atlanta for training when it snowed about 4-5 inches and shut down the area for days. Most of the people in the class were New Englanders. Everything was closed, no one on the road except us making it to class-luckily the trainer was from Utah and had as much experience that we did.
