    Mine is a totally new install. I need to build a hearth, decide where it will go and install a chimney. It will be a second stove in myhouse so no big deal.

    No not only one.. Taxes had to be paid 10/15 and 3 mortgages or I would have grabbed it. now how fast can we get savings back up to grab it...

    You will beat me I'm in the middle of purchasing a 12 acre farm savings is almost gone . then factor in Christmas right around the bend .
