    didn't really need to light it until now, didn't get down as low as they said it was supposed to, just a small fire to keep the chill off...............:fire:

    Bet it feels nice though. Im at 39 f outside and 73 f inside right now so going easy on the stove tonight. Overnight burn is full with larch. I would love to have ash in my stacks. Someone has to bring some to the kootenays.

    glad i did fire it up when i did, was 39 degrees, dropped to 28 degrees in only an hour and a half!............:fire:

    The one I burnt off of was dead and standing for a 4 or 5 years, burned pretty
    Unlucky break they, from what I know they dry up pretty quick. Tough to split by hand even when seasoned though.:headbang:
