Yeah antibiotics are a good thing 24 hours later I can do something an hour without needing a to stop and rest!

Well went into town today and picked up some more free firewood. I have a couple of places that let me cone in and scrounge. Also picked up some 8' fence posts for stacking on. So far it has been a good day. Came home and built a quick fire to get the chill off. No worrys.

no a tetracycline family .... 6 pills 2 first day 1 a day for 4 days all better

finally got snow mobile dropped off to mechanic to replace front strut..

good thing about getting older you know which jobs are worth paying some one else to do!

 

It was a pretty nice day today, just above 70 degrees.

Unfortunately, my secret stash of Halloween candy melted in my truck.

 

Gladly, problem with men (just so yah know) we all have a birth defect! missing a Y chromosome! Therefore, speaking to women is hard and challenging!

An army buddy of mine just lost his lid.. when a doctor tried to prescribe his son a pill so he could talk to girls to a dance... what his response was not family friendly but funny!

My wife will tell you I need more lessons..... as it took 5 days of me having a fever to get me to go to a doctor...

 

When you are a man over 50 you avoid the doctor, he wants to probe into your business.

 

Down here where I am maybe 1 to 2 inches not much but to the east up to 6 inches and up around yellow stone over a foot.

Responded to a CL ad for free locust, this would be my 2nd visit.
Tree company is cutting down 10 of these and posting the free logs on CL.
I get there and am immediately approached by a older man and a middle aged lady.
I had my splitter with me, i finish the small pile where i was, headed to another and the lady literally starts guarding it.
Tells me i have no common courtesy, on and on..
Literally stands between my splitter and i and will not move.


What a trip!
I may make a thread about it.. lol

 

Were they there to get the wood also and arrived before you. Why so upset.

 

It was nuts..


When her and this man approached me, she had mentioned her husband was on his way with a trailer to get the wood.
That was all she said, she didnt say, hey please dont take any from over there if you could please as we want it.
nothing along those lines..

I moved on to another pile and here she comes, like mother goose.
I ended up calling the cops, the cops told me she was crazy and that i am better off finding other firewood.
I did just that..


Talked to a buddy later on about it, i guess he had a similar run in, and it sounds like its the same people.

 

It crossed my mind more then a few times to snap some pictures of her posted up but i just minded my own buisness after that.
Before i moved, and after i got off the phone, i asked her about some rounds about 30ft away, she says "No you can have them they are trash".
I split them just fine and loaded them up..
