    I was REAL mean to my back in my teens and twenties and now I'm paying the price. I can usually get things back in line by using the corner of my kitchen counter. Put hands on counter shoulder width apart...breath out... push down....and lean forward. Some popping and cracking ensues and I feel good as new for a couple days.

    ok, yesterday wife dragged me to go to doctors, she been insisting since sunday. but nonetheless since I figured it was pneumonia I needed antibiotics requires doctor visit, Yup, double (actually each lung) pneumonia :doh: soon that explains my total lack of energy... such a nice week too:headbang:

    I didn't have any cavities, but the dental hygienist was very inappropriate and I felt violated. I'm afraid to tell my wife because she's my dental hygienist. :rofl: :lol:

    A couple things to wrap up today at work. Fire and roasting marshmallows tonight. Taking tomorrow off to go hiking with the family...probably the last nice day of the year.

    Weekend road trip to SoCal for work....blah. 16 hour days...3 hour time difference. ..should be fun.
