I would have, but it is already in everyone's bellies. Gonna make another one soon, it turned out great. Nice bark, decent smoke ring, could have gone a little longer but everyone was staring me down with forks in hand. The cherry smoke was a good compliment to my rub. This was my first brisket, and the next one will be even better. Sorry for the lack of pics, but I will get plenty next time. I promise!
That's great.... for you.... dusky.... now where's the "booooo" NON-smiley button? Not the or or or or even No- these smileys don't even touch a lack of first brisket pics! Yes, I'ma li'l Don't forget next time, young lady
Aren't you about full by now, with that last big score you had in the vacant lot? Between this one and the last one that's two big home runs in my book! You should post a pcs of your cool unique stacks. I'm sure a lot of new guys would like to see them.
Yep, pretty much full for now. I might grab another load of those ash rounds, though, and keep them off to the side for a couple of weeks until some space opens up. These are old pictures, but it all still looks pretty much the same.
A small trailer will work miracles. I use my Audi allroad for hauling firewood all the time. Except I don't load wood in the back, unless it's a small amount and in bins. I use the trailer for the messy wood hauling.
I've been toying with the idea, but my lot is such that parking a trailer would be a problem in itself unless I could stand it up on end in the back of my garage. Level ground is in short supply here.
They make one that fold and or standup easily. Granted you won't be able to put a half cord on it, but it will make trips more profitable.
Not in my area, and apparently a bit overpriced, but this looks like a nice size for towing behind a car: Utility Trailer 4X6 - $450 (Litchfield) condition: good size / dimensions: 4X6 Large enough to pick up mulch and small enough to tow around the yard with a lawn tractor
