Ummmm......quit posting and go buy ALL of that wood, NOW!!! Even if you don't need it, hold it until it's cold, then double your $ selling it.
Cripes he could quadruple+ his $ for what they want for a pick up load around here! If its truly seasoned your talking upwards of $375 a cord!
Nice score Being spit already, Cheaper than than I can do a cord of birch here. Wood type/s? Get more & head north to sell it
Really was good deal, going back hopefully this week and get another one or two rounds hopefully. For that you could make a few bucks when it gets cold or just have a bigger pile..if I get two more loads it'd put me up just shy of 7 cords css...
Checked moisture on a few splits, split again for fresh edge and was in 14-16% range....not certain on big piles woodrat put here but I'd beat about the same.
With just 7 cord on hand, I would not be tempted to sell; I'd keep it all and get more! Aim for the 3 year plan.
I'd sell my saws and splitter if a I could get that deal locally! Well not really but They would sit a lot!
Hmmm, NY to KY road trip? Seriously great deal man. How much does he have? Not that you would ask but I wonder why he's selling so cheap, doesn't even seem like that would cover expenses to c\s\s.
